Notice / ご来場のみなさまへ
■ 熱中症・体調管理について / Heat & Hydration
- 日中は猛暑が予想されます。日よけアイテム（帽子・サングラス）をご用意ください。
タープやテントご持参の場合はステージエリアやイベントスペース以外のビーチ等でご利用ください。 - こまめな水分補給を忘れずに！ アルコールだけでは脱水の原因になります。必ず水も飲みましょう。
- 酔ったままの入水は危険です。絶対にやめてください。
- 泥酔された方は、安全確保のため**退場していただく場合があります。**節度ある楽しみ方をお願いします。
- It may be very hot during the day. Please bring sun protection such as hats, sunglasses, or shade tents.
- Stay hydrated—alcohol alone is not enough. Be sure to drink water too.
- Entering the water while intoxicated is strictly prohibited.
- Those who are excessively intoxicated may be asked to leave for safety reasons. Please drink responsibly.
■ 会場内での禁止行為 / Prohibited Behavior
- モッシュ・ダイブなど、他の人に危害を加える可能性のある行為は禁止です。
事故や怪我が発生した場合、主催者・事務局は一切責任を負いません。当事者間での解決をお願いします。 - 会場内外での怪我・病気・盗難・事故等についても、主催者・会場・出演者・自治体は一切の責任を負いかねます。
必要な場合は応急処置や通報は行いますが、医療機関や消防・警察は常駐しておりません。ご自身やご同伴者での対策をお願いします。 - 危険物や法律で禁止されているものの持ち込みは禁止です。
- Actions that may harm others, such as moshing or stage diving, are strictly prohibited.
The organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries or trouble. Please resolve any issues among those involved. - The organizers, venue, performers, and local authorities accept no responsibility for any injuries, illness, theft, or accidents in or around the event.
While basic first aid or emergency calls will be made if necessary, there are no medical staff, police, or fire services stationed at the site.
You and your companions are fully responsible for your own safety and well-being. Please come prepared. - Dangerous or illegal items are not allowed in the venue.
■ ごみ・喫煙について / Trash, Smoking
- 会場にはゴミ箱がありません。ゴミはすべてお持ち帰りください。
マーケットで購入したもののゴミは購入店へ返却してください。 - **喫煙は携帯灰皿の使用を徹底し、マナーを守りましょう。**ポイ捨ては厳禁です。
- 歩きタバコはご遠慮ください。
- There are no trash bins. Please take all your garbage home with you.
Return any packaging waste to the vendor you purchased from. - If you smoke, use a portable ashtray and follow proper smoking etiquette. No littering.
- For everyone’s comfort, please avoid smoking while walking.
■ 天候について / Weather Preparation
- 雨天決行です！気温差や雨への備え（レインウェア等）をお忘れなく。
- 傘の使用はステージエリアではできません。レインコート等をご準備ください。
- **ステージエリアへの傘・テント・タープ等の持ち込みは禁止です。**視界を遮らない配慮をお願いします。
- The event will take place rain or shine. Be prepared for changes in temperature and weather.
- Umbrellas are not allowed in the stage area. Please bring a raincoat or poncho instead.
- No umbrellas, tents, or tarps are permitted in the stage area, as they may block others’ view.
■ ペットについて / Pets
- ペット同伴OKですが、飼い主の責任で管理してください。
- トラブル等が起きた場合、主催者・会場・出演者は責任を負いません。
- Pets are welcome, but must be managed under the owner’s responsibility.
- The organizers, venue, and performers will not be responsible for any trouble involving pets.
■ 飲食・BBQ・キャンプについて / Food, BBQ & Camping
- イベント会場内やビーチなどでのBBQは禁止です。
- キャンプの設営は不可となっています。
- 飲食は、イベント内のマーケットをご利用ください。コンビニエンスなどご利用の場合のゴミは必ずお持ち帰りください！
- Barbecues are not allowed in the venue.
- Camping is prohibited both in the venue and on the beach.
- Please enjoy food and drinks from the market area or beach stalls. Please take home any trash from convenience stores or other outside purchases.
■ アクセス・交通について / Transportation
- **飲酒運転は絶対にやめてください。**法律で禁止されています。
- 駐車場には限りがあります。路上駐車は禁止です。すぐに通報されてしまいます！
- できるだけ公共交通機関や乗り合いでの来場にご協力ください。
- Drunk driving is illegal—never do it.
- Parking is limited. Do not park on the street.
- Please use public transportation or carpool if possible.

ご提案・出演希望についての考え方
SURF JAM FESTIVALでは、出演や出店などの参加について、その内容がフェスの世界観や雰囲気に合うかどうかを大切にしています。
ジャンルや知名度に関わらず、趣旨と異なると判断した場合はお断りすることがあります。これは個人の好みではなく、イベント全体の空気感や文化的なバランスを守るための判断です。
一方で、フェスの空気に自然に寄り添うような表現やパフォーマンスで、完成度の高い内容については、主催側の判断で受け入れる場合もあります。
ただしその場合は、構成された30分程度のショー形式であること、事前に内容を確認できる映像等があることが前提です。
✳︎ 特にご留意いただきたいこと
近年は、地域のダンス教室やカルチャー団体の方から多くのお問い合わせをいただいています。
その熱意はありがたいのですが、SURF JAMは「発表の場」ではなく、フェス全体の空気と自然に調和するライブ体験を重視しているため、教室単位でのご出演については慎重に判断しております。
内容によりご希望に添えないこともございますが、何卒ご理解いただければ幸いです。
SURF JAMは19年続く無料・非営利のフェスであり、地域や行政の理解を得ながら丁寧に育ててきました。
「誰でも出演OK」ではなく、価値観や世界観を共有できる方に集まっていただくことを大切にしています。
なお、出演料や謝礼は基本的にご用意しておりません。予めご了承ください。
